Mental health plays a huge part of my life . I and many others that suffer in silence through stigma and lack of awareness . So Not only will I be raising awareness I will be donating to mental health charities as the waiting list for help are long, some don’t have time and choose suicide . Borderline Personality Disorder is one of my own diagnosis that one disorder is considered one the most painful mental health disorders with a huge 40% more chance of suicide .
